Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) Academy launches their first futsal course

CBF Academy announced the creation of their first futsal course, the course is limited to 200 participants. The purpose of this course is to contribute to the education of professionals working in both futsal and football, the goal is to reach sports managers, managers, coaches, physical trainers, and physical education students who wish to learn about the importance of the sport in the development of players.

“It is important to bring CBF and the CBF Academy into the training of Futsal professionals, and it can cover the licenses of coaches that also have the seal of Conmebol and FIFA, which brings significant support to the project of Futsal. This is extremely important for the sport ”, stated Ricardo Trade, ‘Baka’, a consultant at CBF Academy, CBF Futsal.

The course is coordinated by professionals Wilton Santana, Rodrigo Perdigão, and Chokito, it will have 20 hours with classes not online, every Monday and Wednesday, from 8pm to 10:05 pm, starting on August 17th and ending September 9th. For this edition, the coaches leading it are World Cup winners with the men’s Brazilian Futsal Team – Takão, Paulo César de Oliveira, and Marcos Sorato along with the current coach Marquinhos Xavier.

“It is the beginning of a solid calendar that we will build for Brazilian futsal. We will also work on the development of women’s futsal, we have already prepared a Webinar for the month of September at CBF Talks. We work closely with Futsal, which is very important for the development of the sport ”, added Trade.
