A Movistar Inter player tests positive for coronavirus

The club has peace of mind having complied with all health and responsibility measures for its workforce and they will maintain their plan to carry out periodic checks/ controls for Coronavirus.

 

Futsal clubs are preparing for the new season set to kick off in September 5, and already a player tested positive for the coronavirus, according to El Español and Marca in Spain. The player is from Movistar Inter and is now isolated at home and had no contact with his teammates. Before returning to work, the players, coaching staff and other employees passed the PCR tests at the CEMTRO Clinic, specialized in COVID-19, complying with all Health protocols and, once the results were known, the team began training under the orders of Tino Pérez. The club has peace of mind having complied with all health and responsibility measures for its workforce and they will maintain their plan to carry out periodic checks/ controls for Coronavirus.

The team returned to training with a renew additions to the squad such as Dani Saldise and Eric Martel (Osasuna Magna); Cecilio (Levante), Boyis (Barça), Lucas Trípodi (Aspil Jumpers) and Fer Drasler (Benfica) who was last to join the club. “Hopefully we will make a good preseason and start with confidence. The objective is to be first from the first round. We have had few sessions and it is still early to assess the squad,” coach Tino Pérez said in the club’s media.
