Alice Evans returning to Italy to play for Santu Predu in the A2

Alice Evans is a professional futsal goalkeeper from Wales who is a pioneer within the women’s game. Last season she played in the Serie A2 for Santu Predu which was her second time in the country as she had previously played in the Serie A for Sinnai in Sardinia. When we last spoke with Alice she had hoped to stay with Santu Predu for another season and continue her development to one day get back to the Serie A to compete at the highest level of women’s Italian Futsal again.  Alice, has  achieved what she wanted and will return to Italy to play with her club Santu Predu. On announcing the news, Alice posted:

“Super excited to be going back to play in Italy for another year. It was an easy decision to make having been a part of a squad who made me feel at home and very special last season. I believe in us and I look forward to giving you my everything so we can work together to achieve great things. I can’t wait to be reunited with you all, see you soon!”
